Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to fill one available room in a great second-floor apartment within walking distance of Temple University, and close to Center City and Broad Street.

The apartment is located within the Temple Patrol Zone and is less than 5 minutes from nearby police and fire stations, adding an extra level of safety and peace of mind.

The unit includes a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, along with an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge. The available room is spacious, gets lots of natural light, and has a pretty large closet. Also has Central air/heating

The location is super convenient:

Nearest grocery store is about a 7-minute walk
Public transportation is easily accessible with great options nearby

A little about me: I’m clean, friendly, and usually away most weekends, so the apartment is often quiet and relaxed.

Electricity is split and typically around $30–$40/month
Gas/heat (PGW) is about $15–$30/month
WiFi (Verizon) is about $20/month
