Private room available in new construction, clean, quiet home with a full-time working professional and college student. I’m looking for an active student or full-time professional who is responsible, respectful, and drama-free and values a peaceful living environment.

Rent includes all utilities + Wi-Fi, plus monthly housekeeping service. Shared access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, pantry, laundry area, and backyard (with grill).

Conveniently located about 15 minutes from City Hall, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and everyday essentials.

Please note: I have two friendly dogs, so this home is best for someone comfortable around dogs and not allergic.

Lease terms: Month-to-month up to one year; we can discuss options after one year.
