Private bedroom available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house for a 6-month lease (March–August). The rest of the house is fully furnished; the bedroom is mostly unfurnished, but a full-size mattress (no frame) is available if needed. Plenty of street parking. You would only be sharing the house with me. First & last month due at signing.

Right off Cecil B. Moore Avenue between 26th & 27th street, within walking distance to Together Skateboarding & Coffee and Girard Avenue, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Also within close distance to Fairmount Park and Sedgley Disc Golf Course.
