Personally, I think this is an incredible place to live. Gorgeous, 4-floor, Brewerytown townhouse with 3 bed/3 full bath, w huge living room/kitchen, private rooftop w amazing 360• views, W&D, office space and small, fenced backyard! The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, w plenty of free street parking! Short walk to Aldi and several local cafes. I’m a filmmaker, and the owner of production co, Jack Stallion Entertainment. I’m always shooting something! There are currently two other roommates here, one is a gay male online casino dealer, while our female roommate is moving in w her boyfriend. Her room MUST be filled by first of March, so the sooner you contact us the better! Our landlord is a great friend of mine, super nice guy. We’re all pretty laidback and friendly. If you like to hang out, I do as well. However, if you prefer to be more private, we always respect that.
