The House & Location
I have rooms available in my house for rent starting April 2020 in Belmont area of west Philadelphia. The house has a lot of space by way of 3 story exposed brick, five bedrooms fun, creative, chill and clean home. There is central air and heat. The rooms are furnished with a queen and full size beds, located near Drexel, Penn, University City, Art Museum, Fairmount Park, the Zoo as well as close to public transport. It's a twenty-five minute walk to 30th Street Station. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with nice respectful neighbors. Parking is plenty, never a problem. Water, Cable and Internet included in rent. Other utilities are not included.

The space
3 bedrooms available. First room is set up as a common area with flat screen and Appletv, microwave, small fridge and a sofabed. Second room has a queen size bed and a study area. Third room has a full size bed and a full dressing cabinet. Each bedroom is private and has closet. Private bathroom in between the rooms. Tenant also had access to common areas of the house like the living, kitchen, laundry area including the backyard.

About you
I prefer this person to be financially stable and/or employed. Be able to make deposit. Higher Education/International students are very welcome with priority as I am close to the universities. As a suite it can accommodate 2-3 students comfortably. Traveling for work, three, 6 or 12 months living arrangements can be discussed.

About me
I am an outgoing, goal orientated, 37 years young man. I have a great sense of humor, flexible, honest, kind, open-minded and professional. People will describe me as reliable, spontaneous, laid-back and full of charisma. I like all types of music and enjoy everything good under the sun. I'm an IT/Media specialist but you can also find me making music, playing sports, biking and sometimes at the movies, fishing, sightseeing, or at the beach. I travel quite often. The way I live my life allows me to enjoy cooking, go to live events, night at a comedy club or lounge, volunteer, give back and sleep in on time.
