Private room + bathroom for rent

Hey everyone! My roommate, my partner, and I are looking for a fourth person to join our beautiful 3-bed, 3-bath apartment in the heart of Bella Vista. It features over 2,000 sq ft of space, in-unit laundry, plus a large, private patio that you can access through the basement!

Your room:

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in closet. Our roommate is selling his furniture (a bed, nightstands, a desk, TV + TV stand) for a reasonable price, so if interested, you could have a fully furnished room.

About us:

We are all low-key, clean, and respectful of our shared space. I host "communi-tea" gatherings at our home twice a month and occasionally have friends over, but we are definitely not a big party house. Two of us work from home, and the other one goes into the office almost every day.

We would highly prefer someone in their late 20s or early 30s, but we are open to other ages if our lifestyles align.
We also have a very sweet, chunky orange cat who loves people and will probably try to be your best friend! We cannot have other pets in the home, though, as he does not do well with other pets. Maybe if it was a kitten, he’d like the kitten, but otherwise, no older cats, and dogs are not allowed in the building.

Rent and Logistics:

The lease dates run from August 16th, 2026, to June 30, 2027! August rent will be $425. September onwards, your share of rent will be $812.50 each month. Total monthly costs, including WiFi and utilities, can range from around $877.50 up to $950 (estimate based on current electricity costs, so this range could be higher in the future)
