Seeking Roommate for Bella Vista Apartment

Hello! I'm looking for a young professional to take over my lease. I'm moving out at the end of May, so you'd be able to take over the remaining of my lease (June and July) with the new lease starting with my current roommate in August. I'm flexible with the move-in date too, as I’ll be totally moved out by May 21st! This room is part of a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment in the Bella Vista neighborhood. The bedroom available has its own bathroom attached and the unit has in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and central AC. Although it is a 3 bed/3 bath, we only have two people living here. As a result, the third bedroom is currently used as a guest room/gym/storage, but there is the option to turn it into other things like a work from home area if interested. This is something you'd have to discuss with the current roommate. From my experience, it's really nice having this spare bedroom/bathroom for extra space. My current roommate is a 30-year-old female that works full-time. We are looking for preferably a female in their twenties or thirties that is working or in school. We would like someone who is clean and respectful. The common areas are already furnished. Rent is $1350 plus utilities. Pets are allowed if registered ESAs or service animals.
