Seeking roommate to share an efficiency

50 yr old male currently seeking roommate ( Preferably female). But not limited to, the rent is 550$ per month and 150$ security deposit upon moving in. (AVAILABLE FEBRUARY 1/2. I have I harlequin great dane female, so no other pets are accepted, smoking outside only, no alcohol or drugs use of any kind please. Polite, curtious, respectfully, clean. Laundromat is a few blocks away along with a grocery store/ and CVS pharmacy. Walmart is about 15 min. away also. I currently live myself there as the other roommate left with no notice in November, so it's a bit hard paying everything yourself. Must provide source of income age ,current location, and Full name please first and last. 1 year lease rent is paid on the 5th of each month to my local landlord.
