There is also a bike path that runs through the neighborhood that goes from Easton to Bethlehem. There is on-street parking available in front of the home.

The available bedroom is a large space in the front of house that is very comfortable with plenty of natural light. It can be provided furnished or unfurnished, and features a large closet offering plenty of storage. You’ll also have your own private bathroom, complete with a full tub and shower with a spacious layout. This setup provides a comfortable, private area while still being part of a well-maintained home.

It is a comfortable and easygoing living space with a great balance of shared areas and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and functional with an electric range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer. It opens into a dining area with a large table. You’ll have access to these shared spaces, along with an in-home laundry area for added convenience. You will be able to enjoy a calm, quiet, clean, and well-maintained environment overall.

About Me: I am a 44 year old professional who has owned this home for many years. I love nature, animals, spending time with friends, adventuring, and anything true crime. I volunteer for an organization that helps people living with chronic health conditions. No alcohol or drugs are permitted in the home. I do have two cats, Ross and Rachel, so no other pets are permitted.

About my ideal roommate: I am looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and calm to share my space with. Ideally, I would like someone who could commit to staying 6 months to a year. A roommate agreement will be discussed and finalized prior to rental.
