We have a beautiful space in Wyncote, PA that includes a kitchen, laundry, common living areas, shared bath and parking space. There’s a large back yard with a tiny house and a beautiful garden that butts up to the George Perly bird sanctuary. We offer safe, clean, fun, and affordable housing.

All possible renters are interviewed, screened, and required to authorize a background check to ensure everyone’s safety.

We take care of all the basics too: Utilities, high speed internet, supplies, maintenance and regular cleanings
