Roomate Wanted in 2 Bedroom Souderton Apt $850/mo

Clean apartment with good insulation for heating and cooling in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
My ex is moving out and I would like a friendly, responsible roommate, and I'd be the same. I work 40 hours a week at a PT clinic, and the vibe in the complex is overall quiet. No loud/big parties. His furniture will go with him, which is everything in the bedroom shown, and the couch and floral chair in the living room. I have one to replace it.
There is a nice size closet in the room, you get the closet in the hallway (I don't use it), and there's plenty of bathroom storage, coat closet, and utility closet.
Washer dryer is in the basement, coin operated. There are only 3 other units around and the neighbors are respectful. Parking in the lot is plentiful and free/open. I have wifi set up. You would pay half the electricity bill (usually around $94/month total) and half the internet bill ($60.50/month total). Other utilities included. Storage unit that locks included in basement that we share.
You would agree to sign an amended lease with the landlord including your name on the new lease, and need to pay half of the security deposit which is 1700 total (850 your half) and first and last month's rent.
