Apartment is relatively new (~6 years) with in-unit washer / dryer and central heating and air. Community offers a free gym at the leasing office. Bedframe and dresser are available for use if desired, or can be moved out to empty room completely. Shared spaces are fully furnished. Utilities will be on average ~$100 a month, bringing total rent to $1200.
