Room available for a clean, quiet, mature, considerate, and respectful roommate. I am all of the above and have had men and women roommates on and off for years. You would be the only other person in the house other than myself.

About Me: Early 40s male professional who keeps busy with work and friends. Happy to share more should we meet.

Rent: $1,100 a month. This includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, fast Fios internet). First month rent and security deposit due at lease signing.

Where: Quiet, safe, and charming Narberth, PA. The house is in an amazing location. Two minute walk to main street Narberth with cute shops and great restaurants. Close to Suburban Square, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, a few public parks, St. Joe’s University, two hospitals, and so much more! The train station is a 5 minute walk away. EV charging stations a few blocks away.

The house: Sunny and recently painted with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, laundry in basement, dishwasher, mini split AC/heat units in each bedroom, 12’ x 10’ bedroom with small closet (furnished with queen size bed and dressers), some storage available in basement, small backyard, and street side parking. This is a fantastic place with plenty of room.

Pets: Open to cats only (though I have none).
