Cozy/Private Room for Rent

Three (28F, 29M, and 30F) looking for ONE (preferably around the same age but we can be flexible, clean/respectful/financially stable) to fill in the last bedroom of this spacious townhouse by May 1st. Rent is split four ways totaling to $650 per person + utilities (electric, wifi) that will also be split equally. There is one full bathroom that will be shared and a half bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen and two living rooms will also be shared and kept tidy. The finished basement has ample storage space with washer/dryer and the fenced-in backyard is large enough for chill gatherings and comes with a lovely deck to relax on. The neighborhood is quiet with reasonable parking, nearby trails to explore, and plenty of stores and restaurants only minutes away.

Notes to consider:
    •    There are well behaved and friendly cats in the household.
    •    The three current tenants in this household are LGBT. You must be also okay with signing an additional “roommate contract” upon moving in to ensure we all keep up with household chores and expenses and keep overall quality of life for all of us.  
    •    A background check will need to be completed through Zillow prior to signing the lease ($30 fee).
    •    Upon signing, first/last/security ($1950) must be paid to the landlord.
