I’m looking for a roommate to join my lease for a 2 bed 2 bath in Bala Cynwyd with a view of the river and a 5 minute walk from main street Manayunk!

amenities/details: December 20th move in - rent is $1200 with a washer/ dryer and dishwasher in unit. The building has free parking, pool, lounges, and gym in building, and utilities are around $50 per person for the month.

About me: I’m in my mid 20s, work full time in person. I like going out but also staying in to read, and I’ve recently started my running era so if you want to be run buddies lmk! I would love to be friends with my roommate!!! Pretty clean and love having a cute apartment. I have 13 year old corgi named cammie who will be your best friend but would need to be the only large pet.
