Room in the West Norriton/ Audubon, Eagleville Are

I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom town house. I will be the only other person living there. you will have access to the full house, kitchen, living room, basement (with spot for minor storage), and deck. You will have one parking space in the front of the house. You will have access to the upstairs hallway bathroom and will be the only one using it (other than when use washer and dryer that is located in the hall bath), as I have a bathroom in the master bedroom. Wifi and all utilities are included in the rent. A little about me, I keep to myself most of the time and don't tend to have people over very often. I work to jobs and most week days I am only home for a couple hours and to sleep at night. The room does not come furnished so you will have to bring your own furniture.
