This is a four bedroom house with 1.5 bath, small yard, back deck and front porch. Walking distance (10-15 min) to the train and downtown area with bars, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and a music venue. Nature isn’t far from us either! We live on a residential street with parks and Carlino’s Italian market nearby. The common spaces are mostly open concept with a dining room, living room and kitchen. We have a basement with laundry onsite and room to store things. There is also a shed out back. The rent does not include utilities. Depending on season, utilities from from $150 - $250 per month. The room itself sits on the second floor above the dining area with two other bedrooms and a full bath. Central air/heat. Ample street parking with some room in the driveway as well.
