This listing is for PERSON for BEDROOM & is available for sixmonth terms starting at $ monthly room rentals includes all utilities: electric, water, gas, sewer, trash, and WiFi.

Amenities include washer & dryer, stoveoven, fridgefreezer, microwave, tubshower, & natural gas radiator heat. Additional conveniences: fully furnished common areas w all utilities included, ample cabinet storage in kitchen & bathroom, a covered front porch, a large backyard ft. a hottub spa, patio space, & fire pit, & offstreet parking is available in a free neighborhood parking lot & streets w no parking permit required.

This bedroom is located on the nd floor. House of Subtle provides an open format, thoughtful design, high ceilings, splashes of bold colors next to exposed brick walls, midcentury touches, & art made by local & LGBTQ+ artists.

Small pets are allowed w a pet deposit & pet rent. We waive pet fees for official ADAtrained service animals. Pet insurance is required for all animals. We are a private landlord who offers payment plans for last month’s rent & security deposits if needed, & credit building to help boost the resident's credit score through timely rent payments. Credit scores are not a focus of our applications. Our focus is a stable job & income, & no evictions.
