The living room is furnished with couches, a TV with streaming services, games, and books.

There is a very convenient half bath downstairs.

Upstairs includes the room for rent furnished with a bed and closet, the full hall bathroom dedicated to the renter, the washer and dryer, a guest room / home gym which includes a treadmill, rowing machine, and free weights.

An unfinished basement is available for additional storage.
The room comes with an assigned parking spot in the driveway and there is a park just across the street for additional guest parking if they do not want to park on the street.

There is a private hot tub in the backyard free for use at any time.

All utilities are included, even internet, as well as lawn maintenance, hot tub maintenance, and every other week cleaning of the kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms by a housekeeping service.

Unit includes interior security cameras (in shared spaces only) and a ring front camera with access to the apps available for the renter. Key coded front door access and garage door remote.

No additional pets allowed, the current roommate has 2 adorable cats. No smoking in unit.

The home owner and roommate is a friendly working professional who enjoys reading and traveling. She rarely has visitors and is clean and tidy. Works 8am to 5pm in an office and has after work activities most evenings then straight to bed. She is not an avid cook and leaves free rein of the kitchen to the renter.
