Hello! Our roommate is moving out and we will have a room available on July 1st. There are two women roommates with their own rooms and a third one just waiting for a roommate. One of the roommates has a small dog that can be cranky until he gets to know you. The rent is 675. monthly and that includes all utilities - there is a window air conditioner and wifi included.
