This carpeted basement has two rooms: the square(ish) room is 196 sq ft, and the rectangular room is 200 sq. ft. Both spaces are yours, and the couch is free to use, too. Lots of built-in shelves for books or clothing.

There’s also a free washer and dryer and some storage space. Upstairs there’s a shared bathroom, plus a half-bath in the attic for privacy. You’ll have full access to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which are kept tidy and clean.

The house has a front and back yard and sits in the middle of a quiet, tree-lined block with street parking. The neighborhood is full of diverse people, lovable weirdos, and families with kids. Recreational park within walking distance.
