Welcome to a calm, quiet neighborhood. We're just 25min from Philly and 18min from Wilmington, DE. The bridge to NJ is right around the corner as well, and the train to Philly is just a 10 min walk.

There's a full grocery store and a few food options just across the street.
The room has free Netflix, as well as flawless FiOS WiFi.
We have plenty of free parking on the block.
Laundry is free to use, on the first floor.

Room includes mini fridge+microwave

Note: This property has stairs leading up to the house and the room is on the second floor.
No smoking allowed at all due to other tenant having asthma and air traveling fast.
The neighbors all around are friendly, and the area is pretty safe. We haven't had or heard of any issues in all the years we've been here. This house used to be a daycare for decades before the owners retired.
