Hi! I’m looking for a clean, respectful housemate (or couple) to share my townhouse in Swatara Township for a 6–8 month stay.

Room Options:
- Master bedroom with private bathroom ($1200 total – ideal for couple)
- Large bedroom ($900)
- Smaller bedroom ($800)

The Home:
- Fully furnished common areas
- Extra bed available if you need one
- Washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air
- Large basement with plenty of storage
- Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy street parking
- Walking distance to shopping (Target, restaurants, etc.)
- Amazing sunset and city views

Utilities:
- Split (~$300–400/month total historically)

About Me:
- I’m a working professional, very clean and fairly quiet. I work hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home in a separate room), so the house stays pretty peaceful.

I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle — clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

Pets:
- I have one cat. I’d be open to one additional cat, but no dogs.

Bathroom Setup:
- Master has private bath
- Second full bath shared if renting other rooms
- Half bath downstairs

Future Flexibility:
I plan to move out around Oct/Nov, and there may be an opportunity to take over the lease if you’d like to stay longer.
