The property is fairly responsive to maintenance requests, has a parking lot for the property, and is located right across the street from a Giant supermarket and within close driving distance to several other large stores and restaurants.

Your apartment mate will be myself, Max. I’m in one of the rooms, you’ll be taking the other one.

I’m a 31 y. o. neurodivergent disabled trans woman, and would very much prefer my roommate to be LGBTQIA+ friendly. I do struggle to keep a super clean apartment, but I do my best to not let it get dire. I do cook and bake, and love to do so for other people as well.
