Hi all, I am 27 yo queer friendly male in New Cumberland, PA looking for a roommate to split my apartment. I have 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Rent is $925/mo. All utilities except internet included. Located in New Cumberland on Bridge St. 10 minute drive to downtown Harrisburg. First month's rent and deposit due at move-in. Available for move-in Friday, October 15th.

The room can be furnished with a full sized bed, desk, side table, and wardrobe, or it can be unfurnished. Large double door closest. Shared common areas. If you have some of your own furniture for common areas, we can talk about that too.

I have a dog, another pet would not be permitted. She is very friendly and gentle. Despite being a husky, she is very quiet and does not howl. I am very quiet and tend to keep to myself. I am a musician and healthcare professional. I have worked both days and nights, so I am understanding and respectful of whatever schedule you work. While I do not have friends over myself, I would have no issues with you having people over.
