Hi prospective roomie, Im in my 50’s and have a furnished small bedroom in a townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. I am in Phoenixville, but I am closer to Kimberton. I do have one cat, but I do not want any additional pets in the house. You will have designated hall bathroom with tub/shower. One parking space is available. I am an easy-going person, not type A, and have a living room with TV and kitchen with all the normal utensils and cookware, and some storage space in the house if needed. Bedroom and bathroom on second floor.
