You will need to be screened through actual apt building leasing team. Minimum 700credit scrore with minimum $60k/year if only renting until October. $70k if you choose to renew in October for a year.

Apt amenities include first floor apt in main building, which houses gym, lounge room, workspace, heated pool, conference room and Movie theatre room. Dog park out back within community grounds next to parking. Parking lot with free parking off street. No designated spaces. EV charge station available. Garages/storage units on site available thru building but expensive imo lol.

5min drive to Whitford train station. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery, cafes in Exton. Close to walking and hiking trails and parks.
