Room for rent at LionsGate apartments

Im an employee at Penn State University looking for a roommate to help split the cost of rent. Located a short walk away from a grocery store and bus stop that runs throughout downtown. Besides whats needed for your own room, the place is fully furnished. Huge couch, television, playstation, nintendo switch, kitchen appliances, board game collection (all willing to be shared). All that is asked is respect and a healthy mindset of cleaning up after oneself and occassionally helping with taking out the trash and other small chores as needed.
