LoftRoom in a house you'll mostly have to yourself

Hi! Thanks for reading. So I recently bought a house with my fiance, long story short, it didn't work out with us. So I'm looking for a roommate to help in covering costs. It's nice, secure and peaceful here in Yardley but also expensive!

So the house is in a big residential townhouse complex but close to all the grocery stores, shopping plazas, oxford valley mall, SEPTA, Rt#1 and the NJ turnpike.

What you get here is access to the full house: including the basement, kitchen, family room, laundry and your loft bedroom exclusively on the 3rd floor.

Abt me: I'm usually never home, I just sleep, eat, shower and I'm out again. I work nights and sleep during the day, so if your work schedule is daytime you'll have the house to yourself most of the time. I'm a simple, easy, clean and respectful guy. I'm usually not home but if we cross paths I enjoy a good conversation. And you might hear me shouting at the tv on sundays; fly eagles fly🦅!

Included in the rent is all utilities. I require a security deposit as well. As I said I work nights so I can give you a tour during the daytime or maybe weekends.
