I recently had surgery and I’m looking for a roommate while I recover, so someone calm, reliable, and respectful would be a great fit. Move-in available immediately pending background check.

The room is spacious, great size closet and extra storage available in a finished, climate-controlled basement. There is a washing machine and dryer just outside of the room. Shared kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the living room and outdoor patios are shared common areas. The community also offers a gym, two pools, and walking trails.

I have a well-trained service dog who is always by my side. Dogs may be considered case-by-case, but no cats please due to allergies. No couples please.
