I rent to one adult female.. Her bedroom is downstairs. mine is on the second floor. We both work days. Quiet and stay to ourselves. I have 2 cats. One that is scared of his own shadow so he will not bother you. And one who loves everyone . I do prefer a female tenant because there is another female in the house and it’s more comfortable for her. And it makes me feel better that the shared bathroom is only females (my bathroom is separate)
