The property is close to the Burlington-Bristol Bridge, i-95, and the PA Turnpike. It is also walking distance to historic Mill and Radcliffe Streets and about 3 blocks to the SEPTA R7 line.

The house has street parking, and a deck and yard in back. The landlord has 1 friendly cat, and tries to keep them out of the renter's rooms.. If interested there is a Roommate Agreement that must be signed and all references will be checked. Part of the roommate agreement is that there are no overnight guests without approval, and no partners in the bedrooms- they must stay in the common areas.
