Seeking Compatible Housemate....

We are 3 women looking for a 4th compatible, drama free, female to share our large home on the Delaware river in Bristol PA. We enjoy crafting, reading, hiking, biking, camping, and basically being outdoors and active.
The room is semi-furnished, 15' by 12', has hardwood floors, a medium sized closet, and 2 large windows-one with a view of the river. There are two bathrooms shared with two other women. Your rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, and use of washer and dryer. (If you want to have an air conditioner in summer that would be extra.)
Housemates share in the cleaning of all the common areas; kitchen, dining room, large 3-season sunroom. (We have lawn service, so no need to share in yardwork.)
There is storage space available in the garage and basement for bicycles or other items.
Advantages to our location:
We are 1.4 miles (30 minutes walk) from the Bristol railway station, close to I95 and both PA and NJ Turnpikes. Our yard has beautiful views of the river with easy access for swimming, fishing, and boating.
Bristol has a cute downtown area with waterfront park, good restaurants, a great library, and live performance theater. There is also a fabulous Amish Market within walking distance of the house.
We are a friendly, considerate, and trustworthy group of women. We like to socialize, but also like alone time. We work regular hours and some evenings. We are a non-smoking, pet free house.
Note: For you to move in, we require first month's rent (or portion of, depending on your move-in date), last month's rent (to be used as your last month's rent when you give your one-month notice), plus a $400 deposit.
