Bedroom in private wing of older detached house. Flexibly partitioned off with easy emergency egress and a front door key. Shared LR, DR, kitchen, bathroom, yard. Parking spot in driveway. $800/month for one person, $1200 for two. Includes WiFi, basic heat and electric, storage in kitchen and vanity, water, sewer, trash, and washer access. Semi furnished room: basic twin bed, closet, shelf unit, window dressings. You can add your own possessions if they are more comfortable.
Older house in quiet rural preservation neighborhood. Not wheelchair/ADA/ baby walker compliant (narrow doorways, traditional bathtub, stairs). Walkable to local bank, library, grocery store, post office, etc, within 2 mile radius, but no public bus route. Quiet hours by local statute 10pm to 7 am. Good for birdwatching and local farmstands. Safe yard with privacy trees. You may garden (flowers, veg) if you are renting longer term.

Prefer ages 18-80 who are students, working, or active retired. Bonus points for help with housework, yard work, and maintenance.
