The fourth bedroom is also in the basement.
There’s another kitchen down there.
There’s a full bathroom.
The house has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The neighborhood is a great place to live.

WiFi is included in the rent. Each private room has a door lock for your privacy and security.

All prices are inclusive of utilities.
