Luxury Apartment: The Park @ Southside Pittsburgh

Looking for someone to take over/ release my current apartment! I will be moving out due to the change of my work!

This is a corner-view apartment on the 6th floor with great natural light and southwest-facing windows overlooking both the city and the river. The unit has plenty of built-in storage space — we previously lived in a 1B+den in Boston, and everything fit comfortably here.

Lease term: Starting May 2026.
Our current lease runs through December 2026, with the option to renew directly with the apartment afterward. This would be a lease takeover through the apartment management (rent paid directly to the building).

Rent: $2445/month
Parking: $200/month
We signed the lease early, so current market prices in the building may be higher.

The building is very new — we moved in last August as one of the first residents. Amenities include a swimming pool, five meeting rooms on the 2nd floor, and a large shared common space on the 3rd floor.

The location is very convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance, including Kura Sushi, The Speckled Egg, Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, and Top Pot & BBQ. There’s also Urban Outfitters and ALDI nearby for shopping.

CMU is about a 10-minute drive away.
