Furnished Bedroom in N Oakland (Price Flexible)

Hello! I am a third-year law student at Pitt and will be on study abroad from January-April 2027, looking to sublet for the spring semester. The bedroom is private and one of a three-bedroom apartment, fully furnished (full-size bed frame plus mattress, dresser, table) with large closet space and a sink plus vanity in the room itself. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared with my two roommates (super chill, Jason is a 24M third-year Master of Fine Arts in Poetry at Pitt and Misal is a 21M junior Mechanical Engineering undergrad at CMU), each is again fully furnished and stocked. The building has back-lot parking, storage & laundry in the basement, and is at the intersection of Centre & Neville where the campus shuttles and P3/71A/71C/54D/82 city buses pick up and provide direct access to Pitt/CMU campus at ~10-15min intervals. The landlord is responsive on maintenance matters and available by phone/text, I have leased through them for three years with no issues.
