Spacious room in an updated house - Morningside !

My roommate of 7 years is moving so I have a spare room and no desire to pay the rent and utilities by myself 😅

A little about me - l’m a workaholic that loves more than anything coming home to her cat and chilling with my cat. I’d love to hang out and be social, but due to my intense schedule I need a roommate who understands it’s nothing personal if they don’t see me for a couple days when I go into my sleep-shower-hangoutwithmycat-work-hangoutwithmycat-repeat .

My life is rather hectic so I try to keep my surroundings very clean and organized. Between my schedule and being 31 years old my social life is far from being exciting. If I have someone over it’s super on DL.

I’m a Swiftie. And not in a “ I went to the Eras Tour to brag on social media” way so if you have a problem with Taylor Swift, it’s not a match.

Suburban life in the city is the best way to describe living in Morningside. The Natoli Field is your backyard, the neighbors are nice, you’ll never feel unsafe, free parking, 7 mins drive to Waterworks. 75&87 pick you up a block away and drop you off right by the house.

The house. 3 bedrooms (2 actual size bedrooms, 1 Pittsburgh size bedroom AKA guest room), 1 bath, dining room, newly renovated and fully updated kitchen, living room. Free washer and dryer in the basement. The house has brand new wiring and plumbing and is possibly the most cost effective place in the city.

The landlord is an awesome guy who lives next door and genuinely cares.
