Utilities ranges around $40-$80 depending on usage (Wifi, electricity, water, sewage, gas)
Card-operated communal laundry on the same floor.

Includes common furniture. The bed is a Japanese futon + mattress topper on a wooden slate. I also have a foldable mattress if that is preferred. All furniture will be yours unless you’d like them removed.

Convenient location with access to Giant Eagle and Aldi across the street and many bus options. (71A, 71C, 82, 86, 75, P3)

Guest parking available.

Roommate is currently considering to sign a new lease at the end of the lease (5/31) so there is potentially an option to stay.
