Looking for Roommate in great area

This is a house on a busy street in Dormont/Beachview area. Very nice area neighbors are great and no weirdos running around. About 10 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from SS, 15 mins from Robinson, 15 from Bethel Park etc. Across the street from a large park that has tennis courts, a basketball court, soccer, and baseball fields. We have our own fenced in driveway in the back that can fit 2 cars wide and 2 cars deep, 4 total if needed. Kitchen was redone when I moved in 2 years ago, hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. We have a large porch in the front that is good to chill on during the summer with views of the park. Upstairs I have a decent size room with a spare bed in it in case needed. There is also another smaller room that I use for storage, plenty of room for whatever you need to put in there. Your room has a closet to hang clothes in and store stuff. Rooms in the house are surprisingly sound proof, my old roommate and I wouldn't even hear each other's TV's. One bathroom upstairs. Looking to add on a laundry machine if I can find a roommate who would benefit.

I am 27 like to workout, travel, bar hop, and mind my business at home. I go to work early then gym after so really only at the place to sleep. Weekends I am with my girl, going out, or traveling for work. I do have a dog that spends a few months with me out of every year. She doesn't bark (only if she wants to go outside), well trained, is extremely friendly, and is great with all other animals. She has never even growled at anything and is a horrible guard dog. She also comes to work with me everyday at the office so will only seldom be there without me.

I'd be looking for someone to come in that can be dependable having rent every month which is 675 plus utilities. Either a college student, post grad, or someone with a full time job would work best. I am a really social person (sales guy) so I have no problem with someone who is loud or often has people over. I left college with a degree and the ability to sleep anytime anywhere so as long as the house is kept clean and the neighbors are fine I don't really care, do what you want.

In terms of things that ARE deal breakers- I need room in the fridge for my meal preps. If you have a dog or animal they have to be house trained and get along with my dog. Have to be a moderately clean person- I am not the most organized but it's really just my room. My girl cleans the house whenever she comes over. That and I am not really looking to live with someone that's a lot older than me either. You can have people over or be a hermit in your room, as long as rent is paid and my food is in the fridge we will be fine. Let me know if interested, thanks
