I have a house and I am renting out rooms in the back unit which has its own entrance. 1 bedroom and 1 private bath available to rent in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom back unit. The other master bedroom is currently rented out to a female professional. The common living area has a cozy kitchenette/living area and private entrance into the house. Home is located in southcoast plaza area bordering Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. I am close to 405 and 55 freeway, Trader Joe, Starbucks, Ikea and the mall. 10 min drive to Irvine. There is kitchenette (light cooking), fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer. You will have your own private entrance way into the house. My home is clean and very serene. Looking for roommate with same energy :) There is street parking available.
1. Female professional preferred, No couples, kids, or pets. Single occupant only. No drugs or smoking.
2. Must be clean/organized and enjoy quiet, peaceful home environment to destress. Will need job verification, first month rent, last month, security.
3. Home has separate private entrance
4. Living area is already furnished. Bedroom is unfurnished. You get your own private bathroom.
5. Rent covers all utilities and wifi. Only electricity will be split monthly.
