I am looking for a new roommate as my current roommate has decided to move back to the East Coast. Move in date could be anytime between now and April 1st.

The room with the detached bathroom is the room and bathroom that would be available as of Feb 29th. The lease renews on August 1st and I am currently planning on re-signing.

Your application will be handled through the front office and there is an application fee of $35 and a deposit of $450 due prior to move in.

A bit about me I am 30 year old female. I am a division manager for a small software company. I do have 2 cats that get along well with other cats as well as dogs of all shapes and sizes. The apartment complex does say that the apartment is limited to 2 pets but we have had a 3rd service animal before. I do still enjoy drinking and going out from time to time but nothing like when I was younger. I do cook at home a lot and am friendly. Guests and overnight guests are welcome.

Your portion of the rent would be $1,055. Couples are welcome but would want to shift the balance of the rent from50/50 and I am open to discuss that further if you would like. Utilities are pretty manageable about $100/month per person for internet and electric both of which are currently in my name. Renters insurance is also a requirement of the complex which I'd also be happy to split with you. Trash and water are included. There is assigned parking, (we have covered port spots) for residents but limited guest parking. There is however street parking available and the nearby CVS is a good place to park unless its overnight. The apartment is a close walk to many stores, restaurants, highways, and South Coast Plaza right off the 405.

On the property, there are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a small gym, outdoor grilling and seating areas, a small dog park and dog clean up areas all around the complex. Laundry is onsite and is just downstairs. We are on the second floor, the pictures attached are from the website but are very similar to the apartment I am in except the walls are white instead of yellow.
