I am moving to another state and my roommate needs a new roommate. She is an easy-going professional woman who is seeking a female roommate to cosign an existing lease, which ends Feb. 22, 2019. She plans to renew the lease when it's up.
The apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit in a large San Clemente apartment complex. The second-floor apartment is set back near the trees, and hiking trails are nearby. It's a five-minute drive to the beach. There's a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit and a nice deck. The complex has a pool and gym. I've been very comfortable living here.
The rent is $1,100 plus utilities. Your security deposit would be $250. The apartment will be available Nov. 15.
