Im looking for roommates who would take our large masterbedroom of the apartment with attached bathroom(+tub) in gated community. (Will be Unfurnished)

Im currently using the room with my husband but we?re planning on moving by end of October, close to work in riverside county.

You?ll have full privilege of the apartment
laundry in unit, kitchen, livingroom, little patio. More amentities of pool, jacuuzi, 24hours gym, business center, outdoor bbq area. The lease ends end of June
You?ll have 1 degisnated carport spot.
and if you need more, there are street parking in the back of the apartment gate.

Your roommates will be one mid 40?s lady, and her highschool daughter. She has a one cute small puppy. He?s ?not? hyper, small and quiet. The roomates are always nice and kind. They?re mostly out during the day.

**Important thing is pay rent on time**
- Must show proof of income(last 3 paystubs), no eviction history, no drugs, no smoking inside of the unit..

We?re asking $1100 including utilities.
