Room for Rent in 2 bedroom apartment

My roomate will be leaving end of June. Looking for a roomate beginning end of June-July 1.

2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Newport. Less than a mile from the beach. Washer and dryer in unit. Includes enclosed garage parking spot. Common areas are furnished. No pets. Looking for single occupant only. If you have a SO, no issue with them staying over a couple nights a week. My gf usually stays over on the weekends.

About me: I am 30 years old. Currently working in construction management. I don’t go out very often with the exception of a special occasion here and there. If anything, I’ll have a few friends over for drinks and/or games once every couple of months or so but nothing crazy. Usually it is pretty quiet (especially weeknights).
I like to be pretty active. I frequent the gym, like to ride my bike along the boardwalk and play soccer at the park down the street on the weekends.

Ideal roomate is male of similar age with steady income. Mostly quiet as well. If you have similar interests, cool. If not, no worries. Just looking for someone that is pretty laid back.

Rent is $1300. Electric, gas and internet are split equally (typically between $50-$80 depending on the month). $500 deposit required. You will need to be added to the lease (which is month to month) so must be able to pass credit check
