Master Bedroom in Newport Beach Apartment

Looking to fill a master bedroom spot in my Newport Beach apartment. Move in would be any time after September 23rd and I am looking for at least a 1 year lease. I know this is a bit early to be posting, but I am trying to figure out my living situation sooner rather than later. Rent will be between $1,650-$1,700 (still waiting to see what the rent increase will look like when the lease renews).
You would have the master with an en suite bathroom, a walk in closet, and your own private balcony. We also have an in-unit washer/dryer. You would get an underground parking spot that is really close to the elevator. The whole apartment is 1,190 SF.
Photos uploaded are the living room, kitchen, master bedroom (which you will be taking over), master bathroom, and private master balcony.
The living room and kitchen will stay furnished as is for next year aside from the tv, tv stand, peloton (I know sad), and left desk. All other furniture and kitchen appliances will be here! Also ofc the master bedroom will be unfurnished when you get here.
Other complex amenities:
There are 3 pools, a tennis court, park, gym, internet lounge, etc. at the complex. There is tons of guest parking available if you ever have guests. It is a gated community. We have no neighbors above us, so no footstep noise! There is also a nice walking trail around the complex.
A little about living with me:
Though I do have my desk out here in the living room I only wfh about 2 days a week and work at my office the rest of the week. The person who I bring over to the apartment the most is my boyfriend at 2-3 times a week max. I might also have over a friend a week max, but usually I venture out to visit them so I am not home much. It is rare for me to bring over more than 1 person at a time, but if I do I will be sure to ask you if you are comfortable! I rarely run the A/C because the weather is nice and steady near the beach, but I never go below 70 if I use it lol. I am not a huge stickler about tidiness, but I do like to maintain some level of cleanliness in the common spaces. Right now me and my current roomie rotate who cleans the common spaces every month. I am very respectful of noise levels and make sure to keep quiet if you are asleep.

I don't smoke, I love going out for drinks, love traveling, eating out, playing tennis, and watching love island. I keep to myself, but I love friendship if you would like to become friends! I am looking for someone who is nice, respectful, and responsible! And has a steady income so you can pay rent and utilities on time.
