Wilderness Glen Beauty!

This South-West beauty is on a short cul-de-sac at the top of a hill in the very desirable part of Wilderness Glen in Mission Viejo!

The Room:
This sweet room measures 19' X 14', and is 266 square feet. Light and bright! Fresh paint, new curtains. and freshly cleaned carpet. The main part of the room can accommodate your sofa, tv, and desk. The raised portion (6" step up) of the room is used for your bed, and gives the feeling of two distinct living areas. The closet has an organizer installed, and there is a large cabinet just outside the room for your use.

The Bathroom:
The double split-bath is very large. There are two sinks and wall-to-wall mirrors behind the first door. The toilet and shower are behind the second door, so the entire bathroom lends itself to use by two people, and is shared with one other renter. I just installed *new* faucets, sink, shower head and toilet seat. Swanky! There’s even a toilet paper roll holder with a shelf for your cell phone because we are so very hip.

The Home:
The home is 3,300 square feet, and is set on a cul-de-sac at the top of a hill in Wilderness Glen, Mission Viejo. This Southwest beauty is tiled with Mexican pavers throughout the downstairs. Southwest colors compliment the desert décor. The garden gate into Wilderness Glen leads to walking and hiking trails just down the hill, and the garden has a sweeping view that reaches from The Glen to the top of Saddleback peak. Swing chairs hung in the old oak tree and a glass of wine is a peaceful end to the day. There is a gated courtyard leading to the front door that adds a measure of beauty and security. The fully outfitted, gourmet kitchen has hosted tv chef, Martin Yan of "Yan Can Cook." My garden has been on a charity garden tour for two years. Lah-de-dah.

The Vibe
Chill. People tend to stay here for a long time. The person who rented the longest was here for 18 years. It’s quiet, peaceful, and respectful, and you must be of the same temperament. NO drama tolerated. Please be kind, thoughtful, and laid back.

Two dogs are kept downstairs behind a gate. They are very loving creatures who only bark when necessary.

Responsibilities? Just your room and bathroom. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen. I clean all common areas. All utilities and WiFi included. Lake Mission Viejo is just 2.5 miles away, and membership is included. 3 miles from Saddleback Church. Inside laundry.

I'll need the first month's rent, pay stubs and security deposit, and you're in.
