Room Avail Nov. 1st in Gated Community

My name is Amanda and I currently reside near the mall of Millenia (walking distance actually!) It is in a gated community with 24/7 security and amenities including: pool, gym, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, & pool hall room, and self service car wash. I have a 3rd floor apartment that currently my S/O (named Jon) and I live together. (I am the only person on lease) the 3rd room is a guest room/office. I am looking for a roommate beginning Nov. 1st due to my current roommate buying a house. You have have your own private bathroom, and the room has a walk in closet. Common areas are furnished and their is in house Washer and Dryer. The apartment also has a balcony and is a pet free home except for a Beta Fish. Rent is $700 Including (water, internet, rent, and renters insurance) Utilites are $80 and this price does not fluctuate. We both work in hospitality and are more are on the later nights side due to our line of work. We are very laid back but also love things like theme parks, beach trips, and pool days.
