Loving Calm Environment- Small Room with Own Bath

I am a single mom (widowed) living with two older kids in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in Lake Forest. I own my own bridal business and it took a big hit during Covid so I’m looking to supplement my income.

I work from home and both of my super sweet and considerate kids (16yrs & 25yrs) homeschool so we are home most of the time but we keep to ourselves.

The home environment is warm, peaceful and loving with ZERO drama so the most important criteria is that we find someone who is the same!

We are on the more liberal side and very open and welcoming to all races, religions and sexual orientation but might not align very well with someone who is very conservative or hardcore Christian.

We have two small sweet doggies and would be open to another dog as long as they got along with ours.

The room is on the smaller side (108” x 124”) but you would have your own bath and full access to the house including kitchen and washer/dryer. Rent also includes utilities and internet. Street parking is available. We also have a security system in the home.

The room is used as an office right now (as the photos show) but we can quickly move everything out and have it perfect for move in any time.
