Room for rent Irvine

Looking to fill the master bedroom in our 2 bed 2 bath apartment! 14 month lease at this complex. The apartment is on the ground floor (2nd floor) of our complex. The room is private, unfurnished, with a large closet and attached bathroom. The floor plan is spacious and open, and the kitchen is large with ample storage space. Updated stainless steel appliances, and we have our own patio that feels very private. Washer/dryer in unit, Google Fiber Wifi, Nest central AC and heating, and quick response to all maintenance requests. There is a parcel room to keep your packages safe, and we are in a prime location: very close walking distance to the gym and the main pool (which has 5 lap lanes), there are also two jacuzzis and barbecues at the main pool. We have two parking spots in a covered, gated parking garage, and there is ALWAYS free guest parking available. The community feels super safe and is really quiet. Right next to the bike trail and right down the street from John Wayne. They did say the price could increase a percentage, but I won’t know until end of December, also not sure about the deposit, it was $99 when we moved in. Utilities and internet are typically around $100 per person without the AC.

I’m 28, I work basically full time in Huntington Beach, Tuesday’s I work from home. I’m respectful, clean, and quiet. I love to cook and bake and have friends over from time to time, but am always courteous. I’m looking for someone who is also, respectful, responsible, clean (at least in the kitchen/living room), and quiet. I have a stressful job, and I like to have a clean, quiet space to decompress in, so I am looking for someone who feels the same and wants a drama-free living situation.
